Expirado el termino de que trata el Artículo anterior, el funcionario respectivo decretara la adjudicación si no hubiere causa legal que la impidiere, y dispondrá que se haga entrega del terreno al interesado, para lo cual puede comisionar al Alcalde del Municipio de la ubicación, el cual, asociado de dos testigos nombrados por el, hará la entrega y extenderá una acta en que consten con la mayor claridad y precisión los linderos del lote y los detalles que contenga.
