Delegación de las funciones de control fiscal. El Contralor General de la República, mediante acto administrativo, podrá delegar funciones generales o específicas del ejercicio de la vigilancia y del control fiscal, así como las atribuidas a la Contraloría General de la República por las que deba responder, con excepción de los casos de que trata el artículo 29 del presente decreto. Esta delegación podrá hacerse en los servidores públicos de los niveles directivo y asesor de la Contraloría General de la República.
