°. Objeto. El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer el procedimiento que debe seguirse para la enajenación de las participaciones sociales que los organismos y entidades del orden nacional, así como las entidades descentralizadas del mismo orden, posean en los Fondos Ganaderos, las Centrales de Abastos y las Empresas del Fondo Emprender relacionadas con el sector agropecuario.
