En caso de disolución de la Junta por alguna causa legal, los fondos y bienes administrativos por ésta pasarán a la respectiva administración de la Aduana, la cual los mantendrá en depósito hasta cuando se resuelva sobre su aplicación por el Gobierno, salvo que medien decisiones judiciales que dispongan cosa distinta.
