El préstamo no se otorgará si en concepto dela Caja la operación no es económicamente benéfica para el adquirente. Se entiende que una operación no es económicamente benéfica, cuando la mina no puede rendir con una explotación normal lo necesario para el servicio de la deuda y para el sostenimiento del propietario y de su familia, a menos que éste compruebe que dispone de medios suficientes para llenar la deficiencia.
