Juntas Asesoras . Las agencias podrán tener una Junta Asesora compuesta por tres (3) miembros principales con sus suplentes. Compete a la Asamblea de Accionistas-Junta Directiva la designación de dos (2) de los miembros principales y de sus suplentes. El tercero será el representante de los Usuarios Campesinos, cuyo principal y suplente serán nombrados por Asamblea de Accionistas-JuntaDirectiva de la Caja de terna enviada por la respectiva Asociación local de Usuarios Campesinos.
