En los eventos a que se refiere el artículo anterior las partes podrán conciliar sus intereses en el momento de ocurrencia de los hechos, o durante la actuación contravencional. En tales casos se extenderá un acta que suscribirán las partes y el funcionario que participen en la conciliación, la cual tiene calidad de cosa juzgada, y presta mérito ejecutivo. El Intra elaborará el correspondiente formato de acta. La conciliación pone fin a la actuación contravencional.
