° El artículo 19 del Decreto 2799 de 1980 quedará así: Artículo 19. Toda reforma estatutaria y la providencia que la aprueba, deberán ser protocolizadas mediante escritura pública, de la cual el representante legal de la institución deberá entregar al ICFES copia auténtica de la misma, dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la fecha en que quede ejecutoriado el acto administrativo por el cual se otorgó la aprobación. El incumplimiento de este requisito acarreará para la entidad la imposición de las sanciones a que se refiere el artículo 184 del Decreto 80 de 1980.
