Cancelación . La cancelación de los valores de financiación colaborativa representativos de capital, se realizará conforme al régimen societario aplicable al correspondiente receptor, considerando además las condiciones previstas para el proyecto productivo financiado. Respecto a los valores de financiación colaborativa representativos de deuda, su cancelación se llevará a cabo en los términos y condiciones previstos por el receptor para el respectivo proyecto productivo. En todo caso, la cancelación de los valores de financiación colaborativa se entenderá realizada únicamente a partir de la fecha luego de la cual la entidad que realice la actividad de financiación colaborativa incorpore en su registro tal cancelación.
