Junta Directiva . La Junta Directiva del Instituto de Desarrollo de los Recursos Naturales Renovables estará integrada por los siguientes miembros

El Ministro de Agricultura, quien lo presidirá.

Los Directores o gerentes Generales de los siguientes organismos: 1 . Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero. 2 . Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria (INCORA). 3 . Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario (IDEMA). 4. Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario (ICA).

Dos (2) miembros designados por el Presidente de la República, uno de los cuales será representante de las asociaciones de campesinos.
