La Superintendencia de Sociedades, una vez verifique los requisitos exigidos de experiencia e idoneidad profesional, hará la inscripción respectiva y de ello le dará noticia mediante oficio dirigido al domicilio señalado en la solicitud de inscripción. De la misma forma procederá en caso de no aceptar la inscripción.
