De la competencia de otras autoridades. Las autoridades sanitarias que no formen parte del Sistema Nacional de Salud, en todo cuanto se relacione con la sanidad portuaria, podrán imponer las sanciones que sean de su competencia legal o dar aviso de las infracciones que sean de su conocimiento a las autoridades del sistema mencionado, a fin de que éstas apliquen los procedimientos de prevención y control de la zoonosis y fitozoonosis previstos en este reglamento con fundamento en el literal e) del artículo 488 de la Ley 09 de 1979.
