Autorizase a l Director de la Sección de Provisiones para que aumente a $50,000 el fondo rotativo que puede mantener a su disposición en cada uno de los Consulados Generales del país en Londres y Nueva York, bajo la responsabilidad de los respectivos Cónsules. En los anteriores términos quedan modificadas las disposiciones del artículo 12 del Decreto 518 bis de 1931 y las del artículo 10 del Decreto número 550 de 1933.
