Artículo único. Exímese de toda responsabilidad al señor Miguel A. de Zúñiga, como Administrador principal de Hacienda nacional de Santamarta, Estado soberano del Magdalena, por los cargos que le hace la Oficina jeneral de Cuentas por su manejo en dicha oficina, en los años de mil ochocientos sesenta i tres a mil ochocientos sesenta i cuatro i de mil ochocientos sesenta i cinco a mil ochocientos sesenta i seis. En tal virtud, se declararán sus cuentas canceladas como responsable del Erario, quedando por este mismo hecho, cancelada toda obligacion o hipoteca que hubiere constituido dicho señor Zúñiga, para seguridad de su manejo.
