ARTICULO SEGUNDO. Los recursos destinados a las refinanciaciones de que trata este decreto, provendrán del saldo no utilizado hasta el 30 de septiembre de 1993, de los fondos entregados a Finagro para redescontar las refinanciaciones previstas en el Decreto 433 del 5 de marzo de 1993.
