Forma y términos de los recursos . De uno u otro recurso ha de hacerse uso, por escrito, dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes al de la notificación personal o al de la desfijación del edicto, según el caso. Transcurridos estos plazos sin que se hubiere interpuesto el recurso, la providencia quedará ejecutoriada.
