El impuesto de timbre sobre encomiendas, de que trata el numeral 72 del artículo 5º del Decreto 2908 de 1960, se hará efectivo mediante la adherencia y anulación, por parte del empleado encargado de la oficina de transporte respectiva, de estampillas de timbre nacional sobre el ejemplar del comprobante de introducción que quede en tal oficina.
