Anticipo de haberes. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que sean destinados en comisión al exterior por más de treinta (30) días, tendrán derecho al anticipo de un mes de sus haberes. Cuando la comisión sea por un lapso inferior a treinta (30) días, el anticipo se hará por los haberes correspondientes al tiempo de la comisión más los viáticos, si ellos hubiere lugar.
