El producto de las cuotas de fomento a que se refieren los artículos anteriores se llevará en una cuenta especial bajo el nombre de Fondo Nacional de Arroz, Fondo Nacional Cerealista y Fondo Nacional del Cacao, según el caso, con destino exclusivo al cumplimiento de los objetivos previstos en la presente Ley.
