Art. 24. Las autoridades tienen el deber de prestar al Rematador ó sus agentes eficaz y puntual apoyo para que pueda da hacer efectivos los derechos que por este Decreto se conceden; las que así no lo hicieren serán castigadas por la Intendencia con multes de tres á cinco pesca oro, ó suspendidas de sus empleos, sin perjuicio do cualquier otra pena que determine la ley.
