De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 8º de la Ley 185 de 1995, el Gobierno Nacional podrá capitalizar en especie a la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero S.A. y al Banco de Desarrollo Empresarial S.A. Estas capitalizaciones se efectuarán a través de Títulos de Tesorería, que serán valorados a precios de mercado, según la tasa de corte de la última subasta para el plazo respectivo, o de la última colocación directa.
