Cuando se introduzcan alteraciones a las características de una estación de telecomunicaciones, del servicio móvil aeronáutico (OR), sin autorización previa del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, se impondrá una multa equivalente a diez (10) salarios mínimos legales mensuales. En caso de reincidencia, el valor de la multa será de doscientos (200) salarios mínimos legales mensuales.
