Para poder cobrar este auxilio la referida Escuela deberá someterse a la inspección y supervigilancia de la Gobernación del Cauca, y alimentar y enseñar gratuitamente, en calidad de internas, durante cada curso anual o semestral, por lo menos veinte niñas o jóvenes hijas de pueblo, vecinas de aquel Departamento.
