La liquidación de la sociedad se efectuará por la persona o personas designadas en los estatutos o por la asamblea general de accionistas. A falta de tal designación, serán liquidadores los últimos gerentes o representantes de la sociedad, hasta cuando la asamblea haga nuevos nombramientos.
