Art. 10. Cuando los jóvenes que soliciten habilitación de cursos comprueben haberlos ganado en el Seminario Conciliar de la Arquidiócesis ó en alguno de los de las Diócesis de la República y haber observado buena conducta mientras fueron alumnos de aquellos Establecimientos, la habilitación se hará en la forma que por el presente Decreto se fija para habilitar cursos ganados en Colegios públicos incorporados.
