° A partir del 1° de abril próximo el servicio de giros postales, creado por la Ley 68 de 1916, se sujetará en cuanto al manejo y disposición de los fondos especiales destinados a ese servicio, así como en lo relacionado con la fiscalización de los mismos, a las prescripciones contenidas en la Resolución número 34 del presente año, dictada por la Contraloría General de la República, por la cual se reglamenta el movimiento de tales fondos.
