A partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, las autoridades judiciales, deberán informar semestralmente al Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia, de cada uno de los procesos que se sigan en contra de personas debidamente identificadas por hechos constitutivos de delitos políticos y los conexos con estos.
