El artículo 1047 del Código Civil quedara así:
Si el difunto no deja descendientes ni ascendientes legítimos, le suceden sus hijos naturales y su cónyuge. La herencia se divide en dos partes: una para el cónyuge y la otra para los hijos naturales.
No habiendo cónyuge sobreviviente, la herencia corresponde íntegramente a los hijos naturales.
