Art. 37. Es condición indispensable para ser admitido como alumno, cursante ó asistente, la de que en ningún caso querrá el alumno esquivar el castigo á que se le haya condenado, retirándose del Instituto antes de cumplido. El Rector de la escuela tendrá derecho en tales casos á servirse de la Policía para aplicar el castigo decretado.
