Retracto: Los suscriptores tendrán derecho de retracto en las condiciones previstas para ello en el Estatuto del Consumidor. El suscriptor podrá dentro del plazo que otorga el Estatuto del Consumidor ejercer el derecho de retracto. No se incluirán como participantes en una asamblea a los suscriptores que hayan celebrado contratos dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles anteriores a la realización de la misma. En el caso que dentro de este término un suscriptor dé por terminado el contrato, la SAPAC deberá devolver los aportes pagados.
