Informes al Congreso. Mientras subsista el Estado de Guerra Exterior el Gobierno deberá rendir periódicamente, informes motivados al Congreso sobre las medidas legislativas adoptadas, su aplicación y la evolución de los acontecimientos. En todo caso tendrá que hacerlo por lo menos cada treinta (30) días.
