En el certificado de aptitud se hará constar la clase del servicio o servicios que se pueden prestar con la aeronave para la cual se otorga el certificado. Si se comprobare que se han prestado con una aeronave servicios distintos de aquellos para los cuales fue autorizada, se sancionará el hecho con la suspensión temporal o definitiva, según la gravedad de la falta, del permiso para volar de que disfrute la persona que la condujo, sin perjuicio de las demás penas a que hubiere lugar.
