Puntos seguros en vía . En las vías nacionales se dispondrán “Puntos Seguros” para examinar y acompañar a los transportadores de pasajeros y de carga. La ubicación será definida por el Centro de Logística y de Transporte, y la ejecución de actividades en vía será realizada por la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial, la Dirección de Tránsito y Transporte de la Policía Nacional. Lo anterior en coordinación con las autoridades competentes, las concesiones que tienen la infraestructura a su cargo y la Secretaría de Salud del respectivo municipio. Capítulo 5 Peajes
