En el comprobante de entrega de los pagarés 25 a 29 al First National City Bank por US$ 7.013.337.97, se hará constar que tal entrega se hace con el carácter de depósito a la orden del Gobierno de Colombia, y sujeta a las condiciones del convenio de fecha. 2 de mayo de 1968, y al contrato de depósito, celebrado entre las partes, para reintegrarlos al Gobierno o entregarlos a la Compañía, según sea el fallo de las autoridades jurisdiccionales colombianas.
