Archivos . Los archivos de los cuales sea titular el Ministerio de Educación Nacional y que tengan relación con el Programa de Alimentación Escolar (PAE), deberán ser transferidos a esta Unidad por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, en los términos señalados por la ley y acorde con las indicaciones que fijen los secretarios generales o quien haga sus veces de dichas entidades, a partir del 1° de marzo de 2020.
