El detenido que conscientemente o por grave descuido, dañare maquinarias, instrumentos o materias primas pertenecientes a la Administración, será obligado a resarcir los perjuicios correspondientes, bien sea en dinero o trabajando de manera gratuita durante el tiempo necesario.
