Practicadas las pruebas, se formularán y se dará lectura a los cuestionarios que han de absolver los Vocales. Leídos los cuestionarios, el Presidente concederá la palabra al Fiscal, a los reos y a sus defensores por dos veces a cada uno. Los procesados pueden renunciar a ese derecho en ambas oportunidades, pero el Fiscal y los defensores deben hablar por lo menos una vez.
