Efectos de la declaratoria de liquidación. Será consecuencia inmediata de la declaratoria de liquidación, que operará de pleno derecho, la cesación de la autorización legal conferida a la Empresa Social del Estado Luis Carlos Galán Sarmiento para prestar los servicios de salud, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 3° del presente decreto.
