Ley 23 de 1962 · Por la cual se reglamenta el ejercicio de la profesión de químico farmacéutico, y se dictan otras disposiciones

Los Laboratorios destinados a la fabricación de productos farmacéuticos para uso humano y veterinario, alimentos con envases especiales o que reemplacen regímenes alimenticios usuales, cosméticos, y en general, preparados que puedan afectar la salud, deben estar dirigidos por un químico farmacéutico con título universitario legalmente registrado e inscrito.

Parágrafo

Los farmacéuticos licenciados que dirijan sus propios laboratorios en virtud de disposiciones legales vigentes, podrán continuar dirigiendo laboratorios mientras sean de su propiedad.
