La comisión de especialidades farmacéuticas creadas por el artículo 3 de la Ley 11 de 1920 quedara integrada así: Director Nacional de Higiene o en su falta por el Subdirector, Director Científico del Instituto Nacional de Higiene. Químico Jefe de la Sección de Química y Toxicología del Instituto y un Médico especializado en farmacia nombrado por el gobierno. Las decisiones de esta comisión se harán por medio de comisiones que tendrán la misma fuerza obligatoria que las emanadas de Dirección Nacional de Higiene y Asistencia Pública.

Parágrafo

Esta comisión tendrá un Secretario. Cuyo sueldo será de cien pesos ($100) mensuales.
