ARTICULO 5 º. Los certificados de estudio, diplomas, o títulos otorgados por las entidades docentes, requerirán para su validez de los registros y autenticaciones que determinen las normas vigentes sobre la materia. Para las profesiones cuyo ejercicio esté reglamentado o sujeto a requisitos específicos, se deberá además, acreditar la autorización legal para el ejercicio correspondiente.
