Traslado de recursos. El Fondo Nacional de Ahorro trasladará a la Dirección General de Crédito Público y del Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, a la cuenta que para tal efecto señale la mencionada dirección, los recursos junto con sus rendimientos transferidos a esa entidad por parte del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, correspondientes al fondo del pasivo prestacional para el sector salud, suprimido por el artículo 61 de la Ley 715 de 2001. (Artículo 6° Decreto 1338 de 2002).
