Reconocimiento de gastos de inhumación a familiares. Cuando por exigencia de los familiares del fallecido los servicios funerarios y de inhumación no hubieren sido atendidos directamente por la Policía Nacional, ésta los cancelará a la persona o personas que compruebe haber hecho los gastos, hasta por la cuantía determinada en el artículo anterior.
