Art. 18. Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para contratar con la compañía o compañías que naveguen por vapor en el Orinoco, hasta cuatro viajes anuales de los vapores a Cabuyaro o a algun otro punto adecuado del Meta o de sus tributarios. Uno de estos viajes deberá hacerse por el rio Arauca hasta la poblacion del mismo nombre. Abrese, a efecto, al Poder Ejecutivo un crédito de hasta seis mil pesos.
