° En los negocios en que conocen la Corte Plena, corresponde al respectivo Magistrado de la Sala de Negocios Generales dictar los autos de sustanciación y las sentencias interlocutorias y presentar los proyectos de sentencia definitiva.

Las sentencias interlocutorias serán apelables ante los demás Magistrados de la misma Sala de Negocios Generales.
