Prorrógase, desde la vigencia de esta Ley y hasta el 31 de Marzo de 1947, el Término señalado en los artículos 5º y 6º del Decreto número 223 de 1932, para el abandono de las minas que no se trabajen formalmente. Pero durante el término de la prórroga aquí decretada, tales minas pagarán el impuesto doble establecido en el artículo 5º antes citado.
