Las personas acreedoras à las asignaciones del Monte Pio Militar, dirigirán sus solicitudes al Poder Ejecutivo por conducto de la Dirección general del Establecimiento, quien emitirá su concepto para que el Poder Ejecutivo declare definitivamente si hay ò nò derecho a la pensión que se reclama.
