Artículo segundo . Modificar parcialmente el artículo 25 del Acuerdo 002 del 13 de febrero de 1991 proferido por el Consejo Directivo de la Empresa Colombiana de Vías Férreas -Ferrovías- aprobado mediante Decreto 614 de marzo de 1991, el cual quedará así: Artículo 25. Los contratos que celebre la Empresa estarán sometidos al régimen establecido en la ley para las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado.
