Por consiguiente, suprímanse en el Departamento de Fomento, Capítulo 75, los artículos 876, 377 y 378 en que han figurado los créditos votados para auxiliar las misiones católicas del Caquetá, de Casanare y San Martín y de la Goajira<sic> por $ 4,000, $ 60,000 y $ 4,000 respectivamente; y agréganse al Departamento de Justicia, Capítulo 34 (Gastos varios), los siguientes artículos:
