Art. 8.° Para atender a los gastos estraordinarios de escritorio que consistan en artículos distintos por su naturaleza de los que se adquieran en el estranjero, o en servicios indispensables para las oficinas relacionadas en el artículo 1,° se pasará por éstas un presupuesto a la Secretaría de Hacienda i Fomento, para que se ordene el pago.
